If you are looking to fix the "other guys" lift that you already purchased and installed on your KJ, PLEASE NOTE: Front struts and individual components are also available separately. However, if you already have one of the "other guys" KJ lift kits, and you're calling to fix the other guys rusty, rough, broken down KJ lift kit, you CANNOT make a Frankenlift out of spare parts from THEIR broken down kit by just buying some of the Frankenlift components....so please don't call and ask -- the Frankenlift components are SPECIFICALLY designed to work as a UNIT and those other lifts REALLY don't have the SAME quality parts as the FRANKENLIFT. Comes with pre-assembled front struts assemblies. Uses OME NS131 Front Struts, OME927 H/D front Springs, Proprietory Poly parts, Strut Top Plates, All hardware needed; Rear OME948 H/D springs, OME132L Rear Long Travel Shocks and pair of rear extended bump stops. Plus, 1 Frankenlift Decal.

Comes with pre-assembled front strut assemblies. Uses Doetsch Tech Heavy Duty Front Struts (made specific for the Frankenlift), OME927 H/D front Springs, Proprietory Poly parts, Strut Top Plates, All hardware needed; Rear OME948 H/D springs, Doetsch Tech Rear Long Travel Shocks (made specific for the Frankenlift), and a pair of rear extended bump stops. Plus, 1 Frankenlift Decal.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FRANKENLIFT II PREMIUM AND THE BAJA:

1) The Baja Struts are a gloss black powder coat and the OME struts are yellow. The Baja shocks are a gloss white powder coat and the OME shocks are yellow.

2) The Baja version is so new that we don't have feedback from our product testers and customers on lifespan for the shocks/struts yet. We are being told by the manufacturer they have a lifespan of 50,000 - 70,000 miles. All other Doetsch Tech shocks/struts that we have used/sold have had a nice long lifespan, so we are hoping these struts/shocks will also go beyond 70,000 miles, but since we can't verify that yet, we are going with the manufacturers numbers.

3) According to our product testers, the Baja version has GREAT on-road manners and the handling of the KJ is greatly improved over stock. Product testers are stating the Baja version rides firmer than the OME version, going over bumps and dips is greatly controled in bounce back. The Premium version (OME version) also has a lot of feedback from customers that the on-road handling is greatly improved over stock and that the ride is firmer than stock and bounce back is very controled.

SUMMARY: Both versions of the Frankenlift are great kits - you can expect very close to the same ride quality, lifespan, and use from either version. They are also both 2.5" lifts. So...it almost comes down to which color do you prefer? Yellow or Black struts, and Yellow or White shocks? Look for a review on our FACEBOOK page by one of our product testers.
